Unofficial native Rust port of Tectonic 3.0.1 by Apollo (Apollounknowndev), revision 0761b561062de01b701d2571401f625c31059a9a under CC0-1.0. Not made or endorsed by Apollo or the Horizon project.
Mountain ranges, terrain density recipes, underground rivers and configurable terrain for Horizon 26.3. Source-only native mod: install in the launcher, then Build; runs with the game's account permissions. No Minecraft code or assets are included.
Enable under Options > Mods before opening a world. The mod's Settings page edits terrain and biome configuration. Config: config/tectonic-horizon.json in the game home. Invalid configuration logs a diagnostic and uses defaults. Restart after editing; new chunks only. Select increased height before world creation.

No block-for-block Java parity claim. Native river-decoration placement differs from Lithostitched. Java config UI and Terralith/CliffTree overlays are omitted. Other biome mods need their own Horizon ports.
Author-supplied screenshot captured November 1 in our Horizon fork; illustrative, not evidence of current upstream validation. Minimap is a separate mod. Original Tectonic by Apollo; Horizon adaptation by eltanschauung with Codex assistance. Source licenses, notices and provenance hashes retained.
A native mod is Rust code that the launcher compiles into a game of its own, the Native mods instance. It is not sandboxed: it can do anything you can on this computer. The launcher builds it only after a warning that names it, and a reviewer read its source before it was listed. Read the source yourself before you build it. How native mods work

Revision of PR #160: removes unsupported runtime-toggle.json, falls back to defaults with a diagnostic for invalid/unreadable/oversized configuration, and fixes the GitHub formatting failure. Includes the 0.3.2 in-game settings editor and 0.3.3 upstream height adapter. Pins Horizon 8dbbde43501924d16497d251e6e9d08f812eafcd and Mixins e8cd0aa38cffef49cb2e088ef716baa107148c02. All 13 Rust tests, Clippy, formatting, native-package checking, reproducible packaging, mixin plan/apply, and the patched horizon-world compile check pass. No new interactive game test is claimed.
