Swing through a city on webs. Hold R and jump: a web catches the nearest anchor ahead and you swing on it, let go to fly on, catch the next one.
Controls (change them on the mod's page in Options > Mods):
Settings (Options > Mods > Spider-Man): how long a web flies before it bites. /swingmode on|off|delay|view|debug in chat does the same and more.
Works in your own worlds: single player, or a LAN world you host. On other servers it stays off.
What it changes in the game: the player's velocity and fall while swinging (own world only), the third-person camera and player pose, web lines drawn in the world, and the view's turn while running on a wall. It reads no files outside its settings and sends nothing over the network.

A native mod is Rust code that the launcher compiles into a game of its own, the Native mods instance. It is not sandboxed: it can do anything you can on this computer. The launcher builds it only after a warning that names it, and a reviewer read its source before it was listed. Read the source yourself before you build it. How native mods work
