The block under your crosshair at the top of the screen, drawn as a vanilla tooltip: its item's icon, its name in your language and the namespace it comes from.

Settings (Options → Mods → LookAt):

  • Range: Reach (5 blocks), 16, 64 or 1024 blocks, across distant terrain
  • Position: Top, Top left, Top right
  • Background opacity: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%
  • Item icon, Where it comes from: on or off
  • Position and distance: the block's coordinates and how far it is

To make the box bigger, raise the game's GUI Scale.

Blocks only for now: the mod API can't see entities yet, so mobs show nothing.

What it may do

  • May see your position, health and the time
  • May render
  • May recipes
  • May ui
  • May save its own settings to disk

Mods run in a sandbox with no file, network or clock access. The game refuses a mod whose code uses more than this list.
