Continuity-style connected textures for Horizon, as a native mod: blocks of the same kind join up into one surface instead of showing a border on every block. It works with the game's own textures; no resource pack needed.
Options > Mods > Connected Textures turns it on and off, and each part on its own; the world is redrawn at once.
Inspired by Continuity (MIT), recreated for Horizon.
A native mod is Rust code that the launcher compiles into a game of its own, the Native mods instance. It is not sandboxed: it can do anything you can on this computer. The launcher builds it only after a warning that names it, and a reviewer read its source before it was listed. Read the source yourself before you build it. How native mods work
